Here is the first set of Major Arpeggios that use sweep picking. The idea is to put one note on each string so that the pick moves in the same direction when it crosses strings. After you've practiced them slowly and cleanly, turn on the metronome and play eighth notes, then sixteenths. You can achieve speeds with this technique unlike any other.
